Join us as Jillian shares her birth stories and her experiences in advocating for herself and taking back control over her pregnancy, labor and birth choices. We also discuss the emotions that come with planning for a natural birth and feeling let down by an unplanned cesarean, varying opinions and levels of support between providers, and how important it is to feel supported and safe in your birth space.
