In today’s episode we meet Natasha who is a physical therapist in Colorado. Join us as she shares her emotional cesarean birth story with her daughter, and her home birth story with her son.
Throughout the episode we will also discuss pelvic floor therapy, addressing issues before they become chronic, and touch on the idea that just because something may be common during pregnancy doesn't mean that it is normal. We also discuss the differences in recovery and postpartum after having a cesarean vs. a home birth.
